Purchases made from Beauty Formulas may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of arrival. If you are returning the product(s) because they are defective, your order was incomplete, or the delivery was incorrect, we will reimburse the cost of postage up to the value of £7.50. Please also include a receipt for delivery costs if you wish to be reimbursed.
For any other return, the product must be intact, unopened, and unused, in order to receive a refund. Any goods returned that we deem to not meet these conditions will not be refunded and we will contact you to inform you. You will have 28 days to arrange redelivery of the items.
To receive a refund, please follow the process below:
- Print a copy of your order confirmation or receipt for your purchase.
- Package the order confirmation or receipt along with the product you want to return.
- Include a letter, or send an email to enquiries@beautyformulas.co.uk, letting us know why you want to return the product and the best way to contact you.
- Send the package to:
Tower House, Westfield Ind Estate, Kirk Ln, Yeadon, Leeds LS19 7LX - Obtain a proof of delivery for your records and to provide evidence in the event that the package is not delivered for any reason.
- When we receive the returned goods, we will contact you to arrange your refund.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for items that have been discontinued, or items bought through unauthorised resellers or online auctions.
Beauty Formulas reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may not have been purchased within the last year.
Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
